RETURNS POLICY 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help! You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Online orders may now be returned to one of our STORE LOCATIONS for a *STORE CREIDT ONLY or via MAIL for a full refund back to your original form of payment (*or online store credit/exchange see Redo section). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. Items such as bras, bodysuits, or jewelry are ALL SALES FINAL. 

Once the return is inspected and approved, you will get an email notifying you of the refund. The credit will be available within 5 -14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

RETURN PROCESS 

All mail in returns must be processed through the Return Portal on our website (find it in the drop-down menu under “more”). Enter your email address or zip code and order number to start the return process.  

REDO FOR $1.98 

If you purchase REDO for $1.98 you will receive free returns for online exchange or return for online store credit on your entire order *excludes final sale items, store credit is only redeemable for online purchases. Online store credits will be issued in the form of an E-gift card. For credit card refunds you will need to purchase a return label through our return portal.    

KOKO MARINA IN STORE PICKUPS 

Please pick up orders within 30 days. Orders are eligible for return within 30 days of the "Ready for Pickup Date".  

Any orders not picked up within 60 days may be removed from the store and are not eligible for a refund.
